The Change isn't just about what we look like on the outside. It isn't only skin deep. Past the fur and muscle and bone... The Change is deeper than that, deeper than anyone else will ever know. It changes how we see the world, how we feel it. The light of the moon, and all forces in nature sing in our blood, cause us to realize what we are. Not two different creatures, but rather, a whole.
Just an anatomical study of a Grahll. After my last anatomical study, I decided I wanted to do more with it... you see, my sister's takeing an anatomy class and doing some awesome stuff... but it's a class which I won't be able to take... so, I'm doing a little study here and there myself. I'm not sure whether to put this into digital art or not... it's a mixed peice like that, but the primary elements are traditional. Heh.

I'm assuming that when he changes he grows out through his human skin, and the wolf fur grows back in after he's done changing?

Actually, it's supposed to be symbolic... more of a commentary on how lycanthropy isn't just 'skin deep.'
