It’s not easy being a SeaWolf. Or, rather, a Scurvey Dog. But, since the people here on the land seem ta’ have a dislikin’ fer my kind, so long as I have some group that can tolerate me, I prefer ta’ be wit’ them, even if it’s out in the open ocean.

So, I’ll stay this way, ‘til I’ve found a cure fer my… don’t want ta’ call it a curse. Or even an illness. Maybe, it’s a handicap. Whatever it’s ta’ be called, I’ll write down what knowledge on it I can find here in my book. This new captain myself and Angela are under, Mr. Levi Athens, he seems ta’ be the sort ta’ like misfits like us. Hopefully I’ll be able ta’ find some new bits o’ information while under his command.
